Deakin International and FinaMetrica make the web-based financial risk profiling tool available at www.deakininternational.com.my for Malaysian users.

Individuals or others in the financial services industry wishing to use the Deakin International and FinaMetrica tool may register their access directly with Deakin International.

If you are the client of a Financial Advisor, your Financial Advisor will have access to your Deakin International and FinaMetrica data (risk profile, demographic information and questionnaire answers).

Deakin International and FinaMetrica have procedures in place to safeguard your data.

The information collected by the Deakin International and FinaMetrica system is kept securely on our server and we use industry standard security measures. The Deakin International and FinaMetrica server is protected and fire-walled.

What information does Deakin International and FinaMetrica hold?

Our records include ONLY:

(a) Your name and (if you use the risk questionnaire on-line) e-mail address;

(b) Your answers to the questionnaire,

(c) Your risk tolerance score, and

(d) Any demographic data you may give us once you've completed the risk questionnaire.

Your name is used for the purpose of identifying you in the Deakin International and FinaMetrica system.

Your answers to the risk tolerance questionnaire are used for the primary purpose of producing your risk profile. Your risk profile report is used to convey the results of your answers to the questionnaire to you and/or your Financial Advisor.
